Process Flow – How Glass Lamination Works in an Autoclave
The KRR Glass Laminating Autoclave is designed to integrate seamlessly with your lamination line and deliver consistent, repeatable results.

1. Glass stacking & vacuum bagging: Glass sheets and interlayers (EVA, PVB, SGP, etc.) are cleaned, aligned and vacuum-bagged.

2. Loading into the autoclave: Prepared stacks are placed on trolleys and moved into the autoclave chamber.

3. Applying vacuum: Dedicated vacuum ports evacuate air from the bags and interlayer interfaces.

4. Heating cycle: Temperature is gradually raised according to the recipe to soften and activate the interlayers.
